The universal $6400 question is how to lose weight without exercising? The answer is it is nearly impossible. That is not very soothing for us who just begrudge the thought of exercising. However, before you move on I have good news for you. People can lose weight and build muscle with just a wee bit of exercise. Before I go down that road let me tell you why exercise is needed. While exercising our body breaks down muscle. As muscle is broken down calories are burnt. So, exercise is a great way to lose weight. Yet there is more to it than that.
